Long-term view and energizing spirit
What we do today becomes the ground we stand on tomorrow. We live with the fruits of seeds planted long before, and we are continually shaped by the impact of ongoing, cumulative practice. History in recent years has made one thing very clear: we need a long-term view when choosing our actions.
Meditation is a challenging process—an active engagement with “non-doing.” The more you build your capacity to include stillness, silence, and “nothing,” the deeper, richer, and more spacious your life becomes.
“Meditation requires no mythology, simply a clear understanding of what you are doing and why. Your heart and mind include spirit and lead you to all you envision, willing to stand for and capable of." Nili Suhami
Over six weeks, we will explore the principles beneath the practice—attitudes, motivation and limiting factors, that turn meditation from a helpful activity into a lived way of being. This course is an invitation into that deeper, long-term path.
