Fully Gorgeous is about living a good life. Letting an educated, mature and developed sensitivity lead. It is joined by a commitment to truth and a stand for good. No cutting corners, not blurring the lines. Care and attention to action and details. And, as important, infusing it all with laughter and joy of life.

I started meditating 24 years ago. My interest stemmed from career aspirations and shifted into learning more.  I veered into an unconventional path, exploring several modalities and finally landing on  Zen and Integral Theory. The depth and beauty of mind and spirit astounded me. 

This life is hard work and requires a willingness to thrive through challenges. Challenge triggers action; meeting a challenge brings satisfaction; surpassing many challenges presents assurance, stability and peace of mind. It seems like we all have our quota. Devotion to quality of life and well-being is key. Do not compromise, do not give up entirely. There is beauty waiting to be found. It is in each of us.  

Waking Up, Growing Up, Showing Up are aspects of an Integral way of life. In my own journey, I needed to GROW UP (mature aspects that remained childish and did not want to let go), CLEAN UP (dig into my mess; recognize unintentional harm and shadow aspects; work hard to change); WAKE UP (practice and remain consistent and committed to becoming more aware, self-responsible, real and grounded), and SHOW UP (engage and share ). 

I am happy to present my way  which is based on balance, morality, financial prosperity, independence, interdependence, respect and responsibility of ancestors and  legacy, and above all love for the people in my life.
