Sessions are accessible to beginners and can be offered on-site or remotely.

Fully Gorgeous Curated Wellness has 3 modular, highly effective experiences designed for seamless workplace integration.

Guided Sitting or Moving Meditation

Short guided sessions that help employees release tension, recharge attention, and refocus the mind. Practices can include seated meditation or gentle mindful movement accessible to all experience levels.

Dialogue-Based Meditation

A reflective group format that creates space for thoughtful conversation and insight. These sessions can be open-ended or customized to support specific projects, initiatives, or team challenges.

Workshops & Talks

Engaging and stimulating sessions designed for team gatherings, employee programs, or special initiatives. These workshops combine reflection, practical tools, and discussion to create an experience that is both meaningful and energizing.

Bringing Meditation to the Public

The spirit behind Fully Gorgeous builds on earlier initiatives such as Meditation Summer, a public program that brought together more than 500 participants each year to explore meditation as a meaningful part of everyday life.


Meditation Summer included a series of talks, community gatherings, and traveling exhibitions designed to communicate how meditation and awareness practices can support clarity, well-being, and thoughtful engagement with life. The program highlighted both lived experience and the growing body of scientific research supporting the benefits of meditation.
