Find a focal point and rest your attention on it | Stay with it for 3, 5, 10 min (easy, yet challenging at times) | Include in your schedule as a daily practice.

5 min Bell : Follow the sound of each bell till the very last note

10 min Bell : Follow the sound until the very last note. If/When the mind wanders simply bring it back to center. This is a great way of building your capacity for longer attention span.
