Each week we will balance two central movements:
Growing Up (maturing emotionally and psychologically) and Waking Up (cultivating awareness beyond identity).
Together, these form a stable ground for living wisely and meeting your standard of a good life.

Apply system thinking to getting to know your inner-self. We are complex, sophisticated and multi-layered beings . Adopt a self-inquiry model that accommodates your multiple aspects, aspects that not always correlate. 


In Meditation Practice we will begin noting these layers and orient towards core aspects.

Week 2 – I Am Not My Story

Explore how belonging and conditioning shape our identity. We’ll study how praise, correction, and language mold our inner narratives—and how to loosen their hold.


In Meditation Practice we will focus on staying present while letting the story go.

Address systems of thought—personal, cultural, and collective—that we inhabit. This is an important aspect in keeping practice pragmatic. We are all connected and want to keep being real.


In Meditation Practice we will note dead-ends and frustrations that relate to systems and norms.

Meditation is not separate from watching the news, riding the bus or standing in line. The power of an ongoing practice, is the ability to break through these annoying chatters. We turn into learning, investigation, adventure and by that renew and revitalize.
